Our curriculum will provide you with career development that includes resumé writing and interviewing skills, along with intensive practical training. Culinard also offers individual career counseling that can assist you with working in your chosen field while at school and pending graduation.

The foundation of our unique curriculum lies in the instructional kitchens and bakeshops, each one representing a progressive stage in the training of a culinarian. Besides the tremendous exposure to all facets of the culinary industry, you will work in kitchens designed specifically for culinary instruction.

Culinard's Student Services department can help any student interested in relocating to Birmingham with assistance in finding suitable housing. If you live outside the Birmingham metro area and a campus tour would require an overnight stay, we would like to provide accommodations for you and a guest.*
