Convenient Class Scheduling
For students who work or have responsibilities, completing classes as early in the morning as possible is very important. To address this, we hold classes Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Continual Open-entry Enrollment
Students may begin training almost immediately at CSB. New classes begin every six weeks.

Protected Tuition Rate
Students who are continually enrolled in a CSB program will not be affected by tuition increases.
Financial Aid Programs
We participate in the State PHEAA Grant, Federal Pell Grant, Stafford loan and PLUS loan programs. We are also approved to train VA-, WIA-, TAA- and OVR-eligible candidates.
Flexible Tuition Payment Plans
For students who qualify for only limited or no financial aid, CSB offers several payment plans, including interest-free payment plans, which can be adjusted to meet their budgets.
National Certification Testing Available On-site
CSB is an authorized Microsoft Office Specialist certification testing center.
Student Satisfaction Refund Policy
If a first-time ASB Degree or Diploma program student decides to withdraw from CSB within the first 20 class days of enrollment (for any reason), the student will receive a 100-percent tuition refund.
Convenient Location and Comfortable Classroom Environment
CSB has campuses located in both York and Lancaster. All classrooms and offices are ground-floor level to allow for easy access. Each campus is accessible from public bus lines.

Consolidated School of Business Accreditation

Consolidated School of Business was incorporated in November 1981. In February 1982, the Pennsylvania Department of Education, State Board of Private Licensed Schools approved CSB licensure to open a business school in York. The school was awarded accreditation by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) in December 1984.
