California School of Culinary Arts admits a wide range
of students from around the world. With varied backgrounds,
educations, ages, and ethnicities, there is one interest

Manager, Pastry Artist, Restaurant Manager or Owner, Food

The admissions process begins with a visit to the school.
CSCA requires each candidate to furnish proof of high school
graduation or a General Educational Development certificate
(GED), or its equivalent.
To be considered for acceptance to California School of
Culinary Arts, you must complete the following steps:
Upon acceptance, a deposit (applied toward tuition) will
be required to reserve a start date. The Admissions Department
is open Monday-Saturday and tours are given daily.
