The School
Arizona Culinary Institute is located in an 18,000-square-foot facility featuring five different kitchens, four classrooms and the student-run du Jour restaurant. Arizona Culinary Institute operates du Jour as a fine dining restaurant and as a laboratory for our students. Our facility was designed from the ground up to be a culinary school and is spacious, comfortable and has some of the finest professional equipment.

ROBERT E. WILSON, President and Co-Founder of Arizona Culinary Institute, was employed as Chef Instructor at Scottsdale Culinary Institute from 1994-2001 where he was also Director of Information Technologies. Chef Wilson attended the Culinary Institute of America and has over 15 years experience in the Culinary Arts in various positions including Executive Chef at top locations such as Freedom Plaza, Union Hills Country Club, Club Corporation of America and Del E. Webb Development.
