Arizona Culinary Institute is located in an 18,000-square-foot
facility featuring five different kitchens, four classrooms
and the student-run du Jour restaurant. Arizona Culinary
Institute operates du Jour as a fine dining restaurant and
as a laboratory for our students. Our facility was designed
from the ground up to be a culinary school and is spacious,
comfortable and has some of the finest professional equipment.
